Crazier than the Ripper
Win against Ripper Roo in the Adventure Mode.
Part of the Adventure Mode (Story).
The first boss race in the adventure mode, the race will be unlocked after completing “Crash Cove”, “Roo’s Tube”, Sewer Speedway”, and “Mastry Caves”.
Ripper Roo will use TNT through the race and will be more aggressive with time, so try to be cautious especially when you are behind him.
Me Fast, You Slow
Win against Papu Papu in the Adventure Mode.
Part of the Adventure Mode (Story).
The race against Papu Papu will be unlocked after completing “Papu’s Pyramid”, “Coco Park”, “Tiger Temple”, and “Dingo Canyon”.
He will use N.Brio Beakers throughout the race and will get more aggressive with time.
Komodone
Win against Komodo Joe in the Adventure Mode.
Part of the Adventure Mode (Story).
The race against Komodo Joe will be unlocked after completing “Blizzard Bluff”, “Dragon Mines”, “Polar Pass”, and “Tiny Arena”.
He will drop TNT and and Nitro crates throughout the race.

Win against PinStripe in the Adventure Mode.
Part of the Adventure Mode (Story).
The race against PinStripe will be unlocked after completing “Cortex Castle”, “N.Gin Labs”, “Hot Air Skyway”, and “Oxide Station”.
PinStripe uses Bowling Ball throughout the race.
Interstellar Challenge
Win against Nitros Oxide in the Adventure Mode.
Part of the Adventure Mode (Story).
Race against Nitros Oxide will be available after defeating all the previous bosses, you will race him on Oxide Station Track and he will use different power ups throughout the race.
Galaxy’s Fastest
Defeat Nitros Oxide in the Adventure Mode once and for all.
To beat Nitros Oxide for the final time, you need to achieve 100% completion in the adventure mode.
Defeat him and you will get the trophy.
To achieve 100% completion we need to win all races, obtain at least the lowest tier Relic “Sapphire” (Gold and Platinum is not required), win all C.T.R challenges (Collect the letters and win the race), win all 4 Crystal Challenges, win the 5 Gem Cups, and also win the Bonus Tracks in the Gem Valley “Slide Coliseum” and “Turbo Track”.
Note: The Gem Cups are located in the Gem Stone Valley and the door to the races opens up after the last boss, we also need to first win the C.T.R. Challenges.
So to put it simply, try to beat everything thrown at you while not worrying about Gold and Platinum in the Relic Races as long as you got the lowest tier.
Arena Explorer
Complete a Crystal Challenge in the Adventure Mode.
There are 4 Hub-World’s in the Adventure Mode and each one has a Crystal Challenge.
These can be found in: “Skull Rock”, “Rampage Ruins”, “Rocky Road”, and “Nitro Park”.
Winning a Crystal Challenge grants you a Purple CTR Token.
Note: There are 12 Crystal Challenges in total, 4 of those are part of the Adventure Mode.
Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled – All Crystal Challenges
Relic Collector
Earn all the Relics in the Adventure Mode.
In the Adventure Mode, go to a race that you have already won and choose Relic Race. These races are like Time Trials bu there are creates for you to break to stop time (slow down) for a few seconds.
For this trophy you need to at least get the lowest level Relic (Sapphire) on all tracks, do this for the 16 playable tracks and you will get this trophy.
Note: Gold & Platinum Relics are not required, so its very easy!
Gem Collector
Earn all the Gems in the Adventure Mode.
This can be done in the Gem Stone Valley hub-world, which unlocks after beating the Adventure Mode.
The big gate opens up and there are 5 Gem Cups to be earned here for the trophy.
We need to collect all CTR Token, as each set of colored tokens unlocks a specific Gem-Cup so we need to collect all to unlock all 5 Gem Cups.
Each Gem Cup is basically a series of races and the awards are of course based on your position, so we need to win all races to earn the trophy!
Token Collector
Earn all the CTR Tokens in the Adventure Mode.
After winning a race in Adventure Mode, you can return to that race again and choose the new option “CTR Challenge”.
These races will require you to find three letters “C” , “T”, and “R” throughout the track and win the race. There are 16 races in total where you need to complete the “CTR Challenge”.
It is recommended to attempt those on “Easy” difficulty as some of those letters are in hard to reach places or in difficult places where you will lose valuable time which will make it very hard to obtain all three letters and win the race if you are playing on Hard mode.
Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled – All CTR & Relic Challenges (Lowest Tier)
Photo Finish
Win a race with less than 0.3 seconds between you and the second place.
This should come naturally specially when you are playing on Hard Difficulty in the Adventure Mode.
You can also try it on Easy Mode and slow down near the Finishing Line so that the2nd place is close and then win the race.
But keep this trophy for later, also attempt this with the split screen and win against a 2nd controller (payer) if you have one extra controller.
BOOM!
Hit two opponents with a single Bowling Bomb.
Those are the Black Balls which you can throw up front or behind you. These are random from boxes but you can choose custom item if you play locally. Of course this is luck based but to make things easier, just grab hold one of those and only throw it into a crowd or ina narrow path or a sharp curve.
Super Boost!
Do a Super Boost.
You need to be holding 10 Wumpa Fruits and hit a Turbo-Pad while performing a triple Slide-Boost.
To slide drift (Slide Boost) we need to press and hold either 
or 
, +the direction we want to drift (
/
).
We need to maximize Slide Drift 3 times, so for example we press + to start drifting and when the “Boost Bar” fills, press while still holding the until it fills once more and tab the a final time for the Triple Boost, during this time we need to hit a Turbo Pad.
Note: Your tire Black Smoke is also an indication when you reach max drift (The point where you need to Press ), i got this naturally so don’t worry about it at the start and enjoy the game.
Expert Dodger
Win a boss challenge without getting hit by any of the boss’ Power-Ups.
To make your life easier, do this on the Easy Difficulty and just get past them, they will not be able to catch up with you.
Note: Should come naturally if you are playing on Easy Difficulty anyway.
Drifter
Drift 15 Times in a row during a race.
To slide drift (Slide Boost) we need to press either or , +the direction we want to drift ( /). To drift 15 times in a row we need to contentiously drift and change directions “ /“, dont need to wait for the Boost Bar to fill, just short bursts of drift while changing directions. After doing this continuously and changing directions for 15 times, we will unlock the trophy.
Master Drifter
Successfully use all three Turbo Boost charges 5 times in a row during a race.
To slide drift (Slide Boost) we need to press and hold either or , +the direction we want to drift ( /).
For example, we press + to start drifting and when the “Boost Bar” fills, press while still holding the until it fills once more and tab the a final time for the Triple Boost, This needs to be done in a single boost but to get the trophy we need to repeat this process 5 times in a row in a single race (a total of 15 Turbo Boost).
If you mess up or miss to press the then we need to start all over again.
The best place or race track to do this is the “Coco Park”.
Note: You don’t have to win the race, so wait for your opponents to pass by and then attempt this. You can also try this in the Single Race Mode from the Local Arcade.
Note: Your tire Black Smoke is also an indication when you reach max drift (The point where you need to Press ), i got this naturally so don’t worry about it at the start and enjoy the game.
Burning Rubber!
Drift Boost a total of 500 times.
The trophy requirement can be misleading, we need to perform Turbo Boost.
We start drifting by pressing + or . Then we need to press as soon as the Boost Bar fills “Turns Red” or you see black smoke from your exhaust.
Yeeee HAW!
Complete the Adventure Mode on the Hard difficulty.
Hard Difficulty is on available in the new Nitro-Fueled Adventure Mode.
Unlike the Classic Mode, here we can choose the Difficulty at the beginning and switch Characters between tracks.
The game is very difficult on Hard Mode as the AI drives faster than you, so mastering the tracks is must before attempting the Hard Mode.
Try completing the Time Trials first and beat them all before attempting the Adventure Mode as in some tracks such as the “Cortex Castle and “Tiny Arena” the enemy AI is faster than in the Time Trials, so Time Trials is like your practice hub for the Adventure Mode.
Hyper Speed
Finish first when you were last on the final lap.
Do this on Easy Difficulty and being the last grants you better Power-Ups from the crates, so you can easily catch up specially with items such as the Aku-Mask and the clock.
Rear-viewed
Block an incoming missile with all of the following Power-Ups: Beaker, Crate, Bowling Bomb.
When you are attacked with a missile you will see a Red Square on your character, its an indication that you are being targeted and this indication or Red Square will get smaller as the missile gets closer to you.
We need to block this by throwing a Beaker, Crate and a Bowling Bomb behind us as soon as we are about to get hit.
The New Time-Master
Beat all of Nefarious Tropy’s times in Time Trial Mode.
Time Trials can be access from the Local Arcade-> Time Trial.
You can set a time for each track in the game, You need to set a good time to unlock the N.Trophy Ghost, then beat his time to unlock the N.Oxide Ghost.
N.Trophy must be beaten in all Time Trials except the bonus track “Retro Stadium”. There are a total 31 Tracks (18 CTR + 13 CNK).
Gasmoxian Slug
Beat all of Nitros Oxide’s times in Time Trial Mode.
Time Trials can be access from the Local Arcade-> Time Trial.
You can set a time for each track in the game, You need to set a good time to unlock the N.Trophy Ghost, then beat his time to unlock the N.Oxide Ghost.
Note: If you get a better time during your run to beat N.Trophy Ghost, then that wont count towards Oxide.
N.Trophy must be beaten in all Time Trials except the bonus track “Retro Stadium”. There are a total 31 Tracks (18 CTR + 13 CNK).
Natural
Win a race without using any Power-Ups.
Simple, play on easy and don’t use any power-ups (crates).
Nitrostalgia
Finish first on all tracks. (CTR & CNK).
You need to win on all race tracks, you can do this on easy difficulty or using a second controller in the Local Arcade.
There are a total of 18 race tracks for Crash Team Racing (CTR) and 13 for Crash Nitro Kart (CNK). You need to be first on all 31 Race Tracks.
Note: There is a bonus track “Retro Stadium” but that does not count towards the trophy.
If you have done the Adventure Mode then only do the 13 CNK Race Tracks and the Race Tracks from the Gem Stone Valley as they were only Relic Challenges.
So if you have won all the races in the Adventure Mode + won all 13 CNK races + Raced on Gem Stone Valley tracks and won, then you should get this trophy.
Can’t Hide From Me
Successfully land all three missiles from a Triple Missile Power-Up.
Having 10 Wumpa Fruits will turn a Single Missile Power Up into a Triple Missile Power Up. Now we need to hit targets with each one of them without missing once.
Weapon Technician
Use every Power-Up once. (Race & Battle Arena).
For this trophy to unlock you need to use all power-ups once at least.
They are obtained from the “?” box throughout the race tracks and other modes (Battle Mode).
Some of these power ups require you having 10 Wumpa Fruits to get the “Juiced Up” version (Single Tracking Missile -> Triple Tracking Missile).
If you think you missed any then go to Arcade -> Battle Mode and select the ones you have missed (There are some power ups that are exclusive to Battle Mode anyway, so disable the rest to make it easy for you).

Use the shortcut in Cortex Castle.
The shortcut in the Cortex Castle is just before the finish line, there is a broken wooden bridge on your left as soon as you enter this “U” shaped area (After getting down from the big wooden spiral stairs).
This needs to be done with a Turbo Boost, so angle yourself right and make the jump to the left and get on with this tricky shortcut.
Note: You can drive across this bridge/shortcut from the back and still get this trophy! Also having 10 Wumpa Fruits can make it easier as you will be slightly faster and make higher jumps.
Arctic Hurdler
Use the shortcut in Polar Pass.
Winter Time Off-Roading
Use all of Blizzard Bluff’s shortcuts in the same race.
Pyramid Parkour
Use all of Papu’s Pyramid’s shortcuts in the same race in the same race.
Puddle Hopper
Use the shortcut in Crash Cove.
Half-Pipe Karting
Use the shortcut in Sewer Speedway.
