Glimpse of Disidian
Those two items need to be obtained before beating the boss in the Seat of Infinity as the area will shift/change after beating him and those items will be inaccessible.
Everything can be done after the story in free-roam except for “Glimpse of Reverie” which is obtained by defeating Hadren in the tutorial, though its not required for the “Bars Tended” trophy.
You can also get the “Glimpse of Reverie” in New Game+ by redoing the Weapon Unlock Boss Fights (Hadren) if you have already unlocked the corresponding weapon in the previous playthrough.
There is also the “Mango” which can be found in the Seat of Infinity, in the Dim Gate area which you must collect before defeating the area boss as it will change the area and makes it inaccessible. Though you can collect it in New Game+ along with other missable trophies.
